Our adult day care facility provides Alzheimer’s services in Orange County, including programs for those in any stage of dementia as well as individuals experiencing dementia and depression, depression and memory loss, anxiety and Alzheimer’s, PTSD and dementia and more.
We give expert guidance and support for family caregivers of dementia patients during the day, allowing caregivers a bit of much needed respite. In addition, we offer free caregiver counseling thanks to generous grants from the Baccash Family Foundation, Linden Family Foundation, Rupe Foundation, Green Foundation and SCAN.
Alzheimer’s Family Center provides community education through our Mind Booster Series, Healthy Brain Fairs, and Legal Workshops. Find upcoming events on our calendar. We also offer access to community resources and dementia caregiver support groups.
