make the success of our mission possible.
AFC sponsor spotlight.
We’d like to acknowledge the corporate supporters who invest so much time and treasure in our mission to support families who are caring for a loved one with dementia.
Our corporate supporters have faith in Alzheimer’s Family Center’s commitment to be Orange County’s most trusted resource for families who live between the promise of a cure for dementia — and the daily reality of caring for a memory-impaired loved one. The dedication and support of these socially responsible partners help us make the biggest possible impact on our community.

Alzheimer’s Family Center’s tie to Hoag Hospital spans over three decades. In 1999, the hospital joined AFC to create an 20,000-squarefoot dementia-specific center. This model facility has enabled us to tailor adult day health services to meet the needs of Orange County’s most vulnerable elders.

Caregiver Resource Center, OC, a trusted partner, since 1989, for Orange County families who are coping with the physical, emotional, and financial responsibilities of caregiving. For more information visit www.caregiveroc.org. This project is funded in part through a grant from the California Department of Aging and a grant from the CARES Act (H.R. 748), as allocated by the Orange County Board of Supervisors and administered by the Office on Aging. Services are provided free of charge. Voluntary contributions are gratefully accepted, and no one is denied for inability to contribute.

Your generous support today creates happier tomorrows.
