Chef Masters Event Benefiting Alzheimer’s Family Center in Dining Out Magazine

The upcoming Chef Masters event benefiting Alzheimer’s Family Center is featured in the Fall 2018 issue of Dining Out magazine. Hosted at the new Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, Chef Masters promises to be the fall culinary event of the year where Orange County’s finest chefs come together to show off their talents just for you!

During a 90-minute tasting experience on the great lawn at the Paséa, you will enjoy sampling the creations of 35 incredible chefs such as Pascal Olhats from the renowned restaurant Pascal, Jeffery Walter from the Montage Resort & Spa, and Kevin Meyers, our host chef, from the Paséa Hotel & Spa.  The full list of Chefs can be viewed here: www.chefmasters.org

Dinner will be followed by a unique Live Auction that will feature extraordinary items such as an Escape at the Pelican Hill Resort or a Culinary Adventure at the Pasea Hotel & Spa, to name a few.

During the event, there will also be a Silent Auction with titillating items and an opportunity drawing where one winner will take home 57 bottles of wine curated and donated by friend of AFC.

Alzheimer’s Family Center is honored to be selected as the beneficiary of this inaugural Chef Master event.  The net proceeds will be helping to provide direct care and support for families facing the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia.
