Alzheimer’s Family Center is one of the select few adult day health care centers to receive funding for patient scholarships through the California state-funded pilot project, Cal COMPASS. What does this mean for you?
Throughout calendar year 2023, qualifying individuals with a dementia diagnosis will have their attendance at AFC entirely underwritten by Cal COMPASS funding. Transportation to and from AFC will also be provided for those patients who are approved by the ACCESS program of the Orange County Transportation Authority.
Enrollment through Cal COMPASS is NOT based on income qualifiers, so families of all socio-economic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
